Praise Our Savior In The Sky

by Tom Smith

/

about

I really should write more Flying Spaghetti Monster carols. This one was written in 2017 for, or possibly at, DragonCon.

lyrics

Praise our savior in the sky,
Monster of spaghetti
He is with us, flying high,
For him we are ready.

Looking like a frontal lobe,
Served up in a pie plate,
Showing what's warmed up the globe
Blame it all on pi-i-rates.

Meatballs round and meatballs firm,
Beef and pork are leaner.
Growing from the endosperm,
Till we're semolina.

Teach to us your starchy ways,
Sung to a guitar lick,
Marinara, bolognese,
Parmesan and gar-arrr-lic.
