11/12/2010: A night that will live in infamy. Or infirmary. Or something. The filk-rock band Toyboat joined Tom Smith for an hour and a half of Tom's songs, Toyboat's songs, a few covers, and a whole lotta noise. Ably assisted by Lizzie Crowe, Debbie Gates, and Amy McNally, this recording is the bonus you get for pre-ordering the official TomBoat album, which will be available soon. That one will use the board audio and everything, but this is just from Tom's Zoom H4 portable recorder out in the audience. There's a lot of noise -- very reflective walls, and a very hot crowd -- but more energy than you'll believe.
